About the Author
 
Dr Gita Radhakrishna qualified with LLB (Hons) (Lond) in 1981, went on to complete her Bar at the Middle Temple and was subsequently called to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor. She engaged herself in practice for several years before turning to an academic career. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Multimedia University where she also completed her MPhil and her PhD. Her Doctoral thesis was in the area of electronic evidence and E-Discovery.
 

She has published extensively on these and other topics both locally and internationally and enjoys the distinction of having worked with the Sedona Conference in drafting Guidelines on Law Firm Data Security; Admissibility of Electronic Evidence; and E-Discovery in the APEC region. She has also worked with Stephen Mason and others on the Convention on Electronic Evidence. Gita is the author of Insolvency Law: Bankruptcy and Companies Winding-Up (2020). A keen researcher, she continues to explore the evolving legal challenges in technology as well as other areas of the law.
