Professor Lim Pin

Lim Pin is an Associate Professor at the Department of Building, School of Design & Environment, National University of Singapore. He started his career as a Quantity Surveyor at the Ministry of Defence, administering construction contracts in the building of camps and other military installations. Thereafter, he practised as an advocate and solicitor in construction claims, arbitration and commercial litigation. He was also involved in property development, notably the Sentosa Cove project and the Integrated Resort in Sentosa.
